The COVID‑19 pandemic accelerated consumer demand for safer, low‑contact shopping experiences. Traditional retail still relies on checkout counters, cashiers, and queues – all of which increase wait times and physical interaction.

Customers first create a personal profile and link a credit card – or top up balance directly in the e‑wallet. Once activated, they can enter the store freely.
Inside, smart cameras and computer vision sensors track customer movements and shopping behavior in real time. Even if a customer places a product on the wrong shelf, the system automatically detects and records the misplaced item.
When customers finish selecting, they simply walk out. The system automatically deducts the corresponding amount from their e‑wallet balance – no scanning, no checkout counter, no cashier, no queuing.
If a customer changes their mind and puts a product back, the system cancels the deduction instantly.
The backend management screen shows real‑time transaction records, automated deduction data, and inventory status. This is a fully automated, intelligent retail environment.
