CloudPick deployed its in‑building smart retail solution, branded as “Omantel e‑Dukkan” (e‑Store). The store is located inside the headquarters and is accessible only to Omantel employees.
The solution uses AI computer vision and smart sensors to track what customers pick. Employees simply enter, select their items – from hot drinks and snacks to fresh grab‑and‑go meals – and walk straight out.
There is no checkout counter, no scanning, and no queuing. Payment is automatically deducted from the employee’s Omantel digital wallet, which is integrated with the store system.
